Lincoln Square Food Hall – crosta e vino – Bellevue, Washington
This design is a collection of 7-diverse dining environments. Each venue is crafted to exude an artisan’s-touch to compliment the cuisine. A Parisian-inspired-bakery is rustic-and-provincial, driven by distressed-wood, French tile, and French blues and greys. An Italian venue features a dining counter facing two brick wood-fired pizza ovens. A stunning circular-wine-bar of oak wine barrels is strategically positioned between the two. A-thousand Vintage-Japanese bottle-display is suspended from a bamboo ceiling over the noodle shop. Sake bottles are cantilevered over an edgy bar featuring striking street-art on brick. Garden-fresh ingredients are displayed in tiered display cases at the salad bar. Roughhewn-lumber and stone is softened by lush plant-life in the dining area. Patrons enjoy burgers along walls of steel screened brick, or at a concrete-topped-bar, where an etching reminds them where they’re sitting. Beer selections are written in chalk over taps featuring individually-selected tool-implements. A graffiti-laden-Airstream taco-trailer is brashly “parked” front-and-center.
