This modern twist on the classic QSR (quick serve restaurant) practically shouts crisp, clean, and fresh! The geometry is crisp, the surfaces are clean and simple, and the design is as fresh as the offerings you’ll find here. The layout is well-organized, and the guest experience is intuitive. Dining counters line the perimeter and create a barrier between restaurant and casino. At the same time, they provide a great vantage point for diners who want to people-watch patrons in the adjacent casino. A playful chandelier “drips” through a coved ceiling and is suspended over an intricate basket-weaved tile floor. The counter at the service line is straightforward, but sophisticated in its use of beautiful materials.
